Your Partner in Care

About My Journey

Healthcare shouldn't feel like something that happens to you. It should feel like something you're supported through — with clarity, with someone in your corner, and with your voice at the center of every decision.

That's the work I do.

Meet Your Advocate

I'm Cedra Hill, a Board Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA) and the founder of Centered Health Partners. I hold an MBA with distinction in Health Services Administration and am a member of the Alliance of Professional Health Advocates — but what matters most in this work isn't the credentials on paper. It's what they represent: formal training, real accountability, and a genuine commitment to doing this work well.

I'm currently the only BCPA-credentialed independent patient advocate serving Jackson and Siskiyou Counties — which means families in the Rogue Valley haven't had easy access to this kind of support until now.

Why This Work

This work found me through my own experience navigating healthcare at its most difficult.

A life-changing back injury ended a tenured career I'd spent years building. What followed were years of intensive specialist care, searching for answers that didn't come easily or quickly. I know firsthand what it feels like to sit in uncertainty — to need someone who could help make sense of a fragmented system, advocate for real answers, and hold the full picture when I couldn't.

That experience didn't just change my path. It gave me a calling.

I started Centered Health Partners because no one should have to navigate complex healthcare alone, without a knowledgeable partner who has no agenda other than their wellbeing. I bring both professional training and lived understanding to this work — because I've been the patient searching for someone exactly like the advocate I've become.

How I Work

As an independent advocate, I have no affiliation with hospitals, insurers, or providers. That independence isn't just a technicality — it's the foundation of the work. It means every recommendation, every conversation, and every hour of support is guided by one thing: what's right for you.

Whether you need someone by your side during a hospital stay, a dedicated partner coordinating care across multiple providers, or ongoing support for a loved one's evolving needs, my approach stays the same — whole-person, judgment-driven, and entirely in your corner.

If you're navigating a healthcare situation that feels overwhelming, complicated, or simply too much to carry alone — let's talk.
